Terms of Service

By using iOSRED, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and the terms displayed for the product or service you choose. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement.

If local law does not allow you to buy or use a product, do not place the order. Nothing in these Terms removes consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Give accurate information, keep your password and private links secure, and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without permission. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law says otherwise.

Some actions require a verified email, recent authentication, CAPTCHA or another security check. We may delay or restrict an account when required to protect a customer, investigate misuse or comply with law.

iOSRED sells access to digital products and services, including license keys, downloads, Cloud Store access, device-specific signing certificates and signing tools. The exact item, duration, supported devices, download period and warranty are the details shown on the product page and captured on your order.

Unless a product says otherwise, access is personal, limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable. Do not resell, publish, share or commercially redistribute keys, certificates, private repository links, download links or files. Do not remove protections, interfere with the service, probe other accounts, or use the service to sign or distribute software you are not authorised to use.

A signing certificate is not membership in the Apple Developer Program and does not transfer ownership of a developer account. Third-party platforms, games and app stores have their own rules. You are responsible for following them.

Check the product requirements before buying. Apple, game developers, payment providers and other third parties may change their software, rules or services without our control. A working key, certificate or app can later be affected by an operating-system update, server change, certificate revocation, game update or account action.

We do not promise that a modification is undetectable, that an account cannot be restricted, or that a certificate will remain valid beyond its verified dates. Certificate validity, product access, download access and warranty are separate periods.

Prices, currency, discounts, fees and tax are shown before payment. We may correct an obvious pricing or description error before fulfilment and will offer cancellation if the corrected order is not accepted.

Payment methods can include PayPal, MixPay or other crypto services, Paytm UPI in eligible Indian checkouts, and account wallet funds. A provider may authorise a payment before capture. A payment notification, browser return or screenshot is not proof of payment; delivery starts only after server-side verification and any required review.

Paytm quotes may convert an original USD value to INR using a displayed rate and may include the displayed India discount and GST calculation. Crypto amounts, network charges and exchange rates can vary. The final order record controls what was charged.

We may place a paid order on hold for fraud, payment-integrity, stock or compliance review. No key, certificate or protected download is released while an order is on hold.

Auto Delivery is optional and is never selected without your agreement. For an eligible weekly or monthly key, the checkout shows the recurring amount and billing interval. PayPal processes the recurring payment, and each verified charge creates a new order for a new key.

We send the configured reminder before the next charge. You may cancel future Auto Delivery from your account. Cancellation stops future charges but does not cancel, revoke or refund a key already paid for and delivered. Installation add-ons are separate unless the checkout expressly includes them.

Delivery may mean showing a key in your account, sending an email, issuing a protected download, making a certificate ZIP available, or creating access to a service. Private links can expire or be revoked and may require the matching customer account. A link expiring does not automatically remove a file already downloaded or an app already installed.

Do not share credentials or bearer links. We may revoke access after a cancellation, full refund, chargeback, entitlement expiry, security event or breach of these Terms. Partial refunds can require a staff decision about the affected unit.

Referral credit is earned only from valid, eligible purchases under the rate and holding period shown in your account. Self-referrals, reversed payments, fees, tax and wallet-funded amounts may be excluded. Referral credit is not guaranteed income and can be reversed when the underlying order is refunded, cancelled, disputed or found abusive.

Wallet balances remain separated by currency. Withdrawal methods, minimums, fees and availability are shown before a request. PayPal and crypto transfers are handled manually; destination details must be accurate. Crypto transfers are irreversible, and address validation does not prove ownership or guarantee that an exchange accepts the selected network.

Eligibility is explained in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Cancelling an order or Auto Delivery is not the same as receiving a refund. A refund does not automatically return a revealed key to stock.

Please contact us before opening a payment dispute so we can investigate. Fraudulent disputes, chargeback abuse or false information may result in access being restricted while the matter is reviewed.

We aim to describe and deliver each product accurately, but the website and third-party-dependent services are provided on an “as available” basis. Except for a written product warranty and rights that cannot be excluded by law, we do not make additional warranties about uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, iOSRED is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss. Our aggregate liability connected with an order will not exceed the amount paid for the affected order. This limit does not apply where the law does not permit it.

We may suspend or close access for material breach, fraud, harmful activity, repeated infringement, payment reversal or legal necessity. Where practical, we will explain the reason and allow a genuine mistake to be reviewed. Terms intended to survive termination—including payment, intellectual-property, dispute and liability provisions—continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to rights that require a different forum, disputes fall within the courts of Punjab, India.

We may update these Terms when the service or law changes. Material changes apply prospectively and will be dated here; terms snapshotted on a completed order remain part of that order.
